dvd player not working

i've put the scart lead into the tv, i can hear the sound of the movie but it isnt showing no picture, i tried it on a different tv too and still have the same problem, any idea what i can do?

have you got a spare scart lead you can try as this would then point to a problem with the dvd or the lead.

Also worth atry making sure the leads are fully inserted at each end as a slight angle will meam connections are missed

I have discovered that besides Scart leads you need to connect with Co-ax leads.

1. Make sure scart is inserted fully .. it may not be.
2. Make sure TV is selected correctly ... ie RGB or Scart composite under imput option.
