If you've written your great nephew out of your will, that must leave part of your estate unallocated. I feel sure that you'd like to give it to a hard-working contributor to this site . . . ;-)
My father in law bought a new car when he was 83, a VW Polo. He wanted it for short trips, Supermarket, hospital appts, visiting relatives. He loved that car. He got 6 years good driving from it, had to give it up because he broke his hip in a fall. He's got a mobility scooter now & he's 90.
