virgin media with incredimail cannot send mail
cannot send mail thru incredimail.i can recieve mail. also cannot recieve virginmedia mail thru incredimail either

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Incredimail is widely despised around here. It screws up your PC's registry and really irritates the people who receive emails sent with it. (Virgin Media isn't exactly popular either!)
However, do the following:
Go to Tools > Accounts
Highlight your Virgin Media account.
Click on Properties, then on the 'Servers' tab.
Check that the following details are shown:
The incoming mail server should be pop3.virginmedia.com
The outgoing mail server should be smtp.virginmedia.com
The account name must be your FULL email address
(I suggest deleting, and then re-entering your password).
'Log on using Secure Password Authentication' must NOT be ticked but
'My server requires authentication' MUST be ticked.
Correct as necessary. Click 'Apply' and 'OK'
