I successfully did a Tesco online diet, but unfortunately, and as usual, lapsed back to normal when I finished it. Live classes are definitely a help. I have tried Weight Watchers and Slimming World in the past and all the diets work, but you have to keep it up. Very difficult.
Really don't have time for the meetings - down it before and got nothing out of it - quite bring in fact - and am very motivated so find I can do it alone provided I calculate starting points correctly - found a website which does it for you - and then found the exact formula for calculating the points in everything - so away I go!!
Which Points system is the website calculating the points for, the new Pro points or the original. I have all the literature for the old original points system, if you are following that, let me know your height and weight, I can have a look for you, if you are doing the new system then Vodkancoke has given you the answer you need.
Hi Echokilo. You will be on 29 points a day plus 49 weekly points. Because 29 is the minimum points they won't drop as you lose the weight. Recently I wasn't using the full 29 thinking that was good but failed to lose. When I put all my points in on line and used 29 - sometimes more - I lost a lb this week. So it pays to use all your daily points. Hope this helps. Good luck!! I'll keep a look out in case you need any more help. Ruthie x
