2 could be flotsam OR jetsam (flotsam floats overboard, jetsam is deliberately jettisoned).

Sorry,ladybird6,misunderstood the theme.Thought it was sea related. Was going to suggest seals for no3 and junk is a type of boat so it seems I'm on the wrong track if it's seaside

sorry quinie, aye,its sea related but other answers appear to be more seaside, your seals look right for no 3 and I will put broads for no 1 as you and then boxtops have both come to that conclusion.
