I've just bought some (eaten most) but still a couple of wings and thighs left from tesco's grab bag stuff, as I hate throwing food away once it's cooled would it be OK to freeze and then reheat later?

I don't know, but suspect I'd rather not freeze them.
That said I'm having reheated chicken from the fridge as this evening's meal.
I wouldn't reheat it but it should be okay cold tomorrow

I agree with helen. As long as you didn't heat it when you got it home, you'll be fine. The danger is in re-heating food too many times,as each time food is messed with, little nasties have a chance to grow.

Redhelen, that's what I was thinking in a few days time, as I knew it wouldn't' keep in the fridge... but to be reheated through was the plan.

thanks.
