For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I am assuming that your wireless programmer is a digistat (operated by batteries) the concept is straight forward once you know how it works.Basically what you have is 4 times to set & 4 temperatures to corresponr to the times so if you want it to come on @ 07:00 you put a temperature of approx 20 deg @ that time then put a lower temperature @ the time you want it to turn off hope this is of use to you
