Just found this on the Martins Money tips website. If you open this up :

You don't have to register. Just click on the link 'Click here' and one of the sponsors on their website, will give a donation to an animal charity on your behalf. Well, even if it doesn't, it wont cost you anything and you don't have to leave any of your details.
