By hot drinks of course I'm only including tea of all varieties, bovril, horlicks and ovaltine.

Coffee is yet another american idea we can do without. And those who say tea contains more caffeine than coffee are simply heretics and should be dealt with in such fashion.

I don't drink tea or cofee or other hot drinks (i have been known to have the very occaisional hot chocolate or soup). My OH rarely drinks normal tea, just that herbal stuff. Therefore, my kids don't drink tea or coffee either- they better not grow up to be plumber/builders etc. as they will be asking the householder for a mineral water!!!
