Ratter sadly its not so much the minority when you consider how many are seen rioting, looting, and not just in London, but feeding out to many other cities and outlying areas. Even police chiefs or those interviewed seem surprised at the level of violence. I am sad for all people who have been hurt, and lost someone, in this terrible time.
