I'm thinking of driving round parts of France next summer for a couple of weeks and camping, i've never been and was wondering if anyone had done anything similar and know any good places to go?.

I've stayed at Cap Esterel and La Baume in South of France and St Jean De Mont in the Vendee and all three were very nice.

Has anyone been to Cap D'Adge in the South of France? We are thinking of going. Are there are lots to do?

Lots of great campsites in France wherever you choose. look for Camping Municipal sites for good amenities usually and a fair price as local pride comes into the picture. They also give you lots of vouchers for other local places to visit at a reduced price. f you want to be adventurous there's an excellent site in Paris, on the banks of the Seinne at Surenses. It's within walking distance of the city through the Champs Elysees and past longchamps racecourse
