Not bad thanks my old mucker. The end of another week's holiday - sigh. Might have to go to work on Monday, unless I can think of an alternative! Weekend off for you?
No need to try and make me feel guilty - I haven't bothered for years, lol. I have had a week of tlc at Big Sis's. The weather has been excellent, the food superb - she is an extremely talented lady, the company has been a delightful change too. I have spent no money so am now contemplating this as a possible change in my life style :) Enjoy your rations when you get them and dont knock the bucket over as you get out of your pit and I hope the roof stops leaking soon too ♥
Good morning Brenden and DF. Just about to get into first gear for what promises to be a pleasant day after a dull start. Watching the many birds in the garden at the moment and the woodpecker is attacking the peanuts as though it were the middle of winter. Had a juvenile sparrowhawk hit the big lounge window this week and although he damaged a solitary quill from a main wing feather (I retrieved part of it from the garden) he seems to have undergone no perilous damage. He makes a mid-afternoon fly past most days. I just warn the smaller birds about 3 p.m. Nature is magnificent to observe. Have a good weekend everyone and take care x
Morning all - chucking it down here in Kent this morning, cheers me up no end, what with having been awake half the night coughing and sneezing - stay away, folks!
Morning all, should be a good day for England at Edgebaston, and whoopie, the start of the Premiership altho' I'll have to wait till next week to see my beloved team play!
