I don't think it is funny to make such light-heartedness of what were after all, acts of wanton destruction on the streets of England, carried out by gangs of dangerous and unruly thugs.
I am getting rather fed up with the constant slimy liberal left radio and TV presenters who patronise every black youngster they interview.
For example on one radio phone-in, a black youngster calling himself Errol, called in to say he was once a knife carrying London gang member, but had suddenly changed round his lifestyle and he is now a good citizen, (or words to that effect).
After he had finished telling the presenter that it was because of the surroundings he had been brought up in, how some had everything but others had nothing, etc, etc. the presenter finished his interview by saying "Thank you so much Errol for your very valuable contribution to the programme, its been such a pleasure speaking to you.
Then after the youth had put the phone down, the presenter added, yes white kids can also get involved in such similar situations, this is not a race issue.
Ouch, "Goes away, careful to avoid stepping on the broken glass".

What Mr Cameron should be looking at is the law. Sir Hugh Orde (Chairman of ACPO) is quoted as sayng "Let's be very clear on one thing - the vital distinction between policing and politics remains". Don't inder-estimate the importance of that. As far as I know, police officers are not permitted to take an active part in politics.
