DSS in privatly owned flat block - please help - life being made hell!

Our flat block contains eight flat/apartments - all privately owned, but one particular Landlord keeps allowing DSS to reside in there - the woman at the moment is making our life a living hell - constant noise, constant banging, constant chidren running up and down. She even spilt her cat litter tray all over the landing and left it there - excrement and all for weeks and weeks until the cleaners came. She has midnight callers who batter the door down - she is runing our life, we are hard working professionals and are living in fear all the time of who is going to come calling! We have tried everything, every organisation, everything, no one seems to care!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There has to be a law or something that can't allow DSS to live under the same roof as hard working professionals with privatly owned proprty, please, please help,xxx

so what if you work some of us can't find a job because of this credit crunch and not everyone on dss is like that, and there aint no law and should never be a law so grow a back bone and talk to the landlord or her about it then and stop moaning on the net about somethink stupid, all because you work you think your better then everyone else!!!!!

we have one here now meet all the description including cat litter i feel sorry for you

to be honest though i do not agree that being dss is the cause of this
i have known dss tenants good as gold and sometimes working people live like wild animals

so that part of your comments i do not agree with however i do understand its annoying when working people are decent and dss is a bad tenant can cause you to stereotype through anger and frustration

believe me i was once in shared block and i was out of work at the time
2 wild animals who both worked moved in upstair and cause riot to whole neighbourhood police always in attendance etc they were moved out after 3 months of hell

having a terrible tenant is just awful to live with whether you or they are working or not just try make that distinction then you get more favourable replies

can you tell me the town you in if the tanant moved i think they moved here in s london area and she move from local are too
