Unfortunately we can't subject prisoners to intense heat in the UK because of our poor summers. However we could give all rioters, who are presently before the courts, a minimum of six months in the 'cooler'. By that I mean that they are put into cells which do not have central heating and suffer the coldness of our winter; which would be the case if sentenced accordingly within the next few weeks. To hell with human rights legislation.
