Greece: End to riots as police deploy water cannon and tear gas.

England: Riots stop... because it's raining.

I think of a riot as being an organised protest with a political agenda in which serious violence break sout by a large number of people in one place.
We saw riots in Syria, Greece etc

I don't think what we have seen in England is rioting. It's looting, voyeurism, vandalism and 'a bit of larf innit, know what a mean bruv'
