Has anyone out there any recipes for using some crab apples, a kind person thinks she has done me a favour by giving them to me,but I havent the foggiest iedea what do to with them thanks

I'd agree... we have a super abundance of crab apples this year and we'll make ten 1/2 pint jelly jars... it's really fairly simple and the pink jelly reminds one of summer in the depths of January...
