cant open my jpeg pictures

i often recieve a number of jpeg pictures which i cannot open properly,any decent software i can use to open it?

you can open .jpg or .jpeg files in internet explorer

Further to the previous answer, if IE doesn't open them, you can tell it to as follows:
1. Save a jpeg to your hard disk (and make a note of where!).
2. Open Windows Explorer and locate the jpeg you just saved.
3. RIGHT-click on the jpeg and choose OPEN WITH from the menu that appears.
4. Click on CHOOSE PROGRAM.
5. Select Internet Explorer from the list and put a tick in the box underneath that says ALWAYS USE THE SELECTED PROGRAM...
6. Double click on the file to open it in IE
