Anyone else watching the prog tonight on Bill Hicks? Seems the guy was well ahead of his time. I wonder where he would have gone if he had lived longer.

Big fan of Bill Hicks, one of the best stand-ups to ever come out of the US. As you point out, shame that such a genius died at the age of 32.

I've got American: The Bill Hicks Story on DVD http://tinyurl.com/3t4o8vx (And there's shedloads more stuff on there) and I usually mention BH on this site, as someone I would have liked to meet/see perform live or have as a dinner party guest.
