Car advert I think, trying to find the song only caught 'rented house, oh oh oh' as far as lyrics go, womans voice, thought it was madeleine peyroux, now less sure.

The only advert I know with the words "rented house" in is the Lacoste Essentials advert. The song is Mushaboom by Feist. I don't know if that's what you're looking for though.
