Nutrition advice please

Hi all, I hope you can help me with this...I usually eat around a kilo in weight of doner kebab and 2 pints of larger everynight, they both weigh about the same so is this a balanced diet or do I need to eat two kebabs first (one in each hand) then two pints (one in each hand) in order for my diet to be fully balanced?

It seems to me that you are doing just fine. You might want to add some chocolate for variety though.

No, that is a malicious rumour. It's actually anything green that's bad for you.

fish and chips and at least 6 pints should see you eating healthily..
if you keep drinking "larger" you will end up larger!
