Does anyone have a tried and tested recipe for Lemon Mayonnaise?

Could I add lemon juice to mayo or would it curdle?

To make mayo - If you have a stick blender, it's dead easy,but it's equally easy with a balloon whisk. 1 egg yolk, 1 tbsp some acid, wine vinegar or lemon juice will do. Touch of dijon mustard. Oil (do not use extra virgin olive oil as the taste is too powerful - a mix of sunflower and light olive will do - or all sunflower. In a bowl, mix the egg yolk and acid. Gradually drip in the oil, whisking all the time until the consistency is right. Add any other flavourings you like - chilli perhaps, or garlic. It's your mayonnaise - make it to your taste.
Beat the following together:
The zest of 1lemon, the juice from ½ a lemon, lots of black pepper and 4 tablespoons of reduced fat mayonnaise.
