is there any?

i know its used in beer etc...but i mean just pure hops.

i have some hops valerian and passionflower sleep tablets, and have just noticed my ketone levels have dropped 2 places, and the only thing i can think of is these tablets last night...

Hops is a plant-so can be classified as a vegetable...so yes-I'm sure it would have carbs(that convert to sugar) in it.

Oooops...just read that you are referring to a tablet...which may have sugar as an ingredient. But I doubt it would be all that much.
