Do you smoke? I use Eucryl tooth powder, i'm sure it's not very good for your teeth, but it's really good.

crest white strips, the 14 days one cuz its not so bad for ur teeth compare to the 7 days pack. Trust me its the BEST! :)

buy some Bicarbonate of soda from the supermarket (less than a quid I think) and clean your teeth with that. You can buy toothpaste with bicarb in it, but you can use it by itself. that's what they used to do in the olden days.

I've tried it too, esp when I was a teenager, and it sure dies work. Tastes a bit umpleasant tho. Also, lots of mouthwashes can discolour your teeth, so you could go for a herbal mouthwash if you use that kind of thing.
