If blind people wear dark glasses to show they are blind, why don't deaf people wear ear muffs?

I don't know but, if the watch was previously owned by someone else, does it become a second hand second hand?
Also, if a pub serves me in a drinking vessel made of glass, it's called a 'glass'. So why, when they serve me in a drinking vessel made of plastic, isn't it called a 'plastic'?
