Do any of you use this site to pay for your kids school stuff. I'm having an awful time trying to log in today and I desperately need to top up lunch money and pay for new items, anyone else having problems. New technology eh! I can feel the cheque book coming out.

never heard of it Rocky, my daughter just sends hers to school with the envelope provided for his dinner money, the school also sells uniforms etc

It's the first day back to school for many, and I guess their servers are struggling to cope.

Twitter is a good resource for checking if others are having problems with a site. A search for parentpay on Twitter shows a couple of people have been having problems this morning - examples below.

thanks Ellipsis, I didn't think to check twitter, I rarely use it. Bobbisox, it's a new cashless system being introduced into schools to pay for lunches, outings etc, it's a great idea but as with all computer orientated systems there is a potential for problems.
