His nan is my great nan and his mum was my nan's sister. So his children are my cousin? Complicated yes but is it right or wrong?? We are too old for children so thats not an issue.

Cousins can marry, I have relatives who did, so I don't see why you can't marry your Mother's cousin, but I'm not an expert of course.
