A Double Rainbow

We were heading down a mountain side road and we saw this HUGE and complete double rainbow. My daughter was really excited to see it and so I asked her, what is at the end of the it, and she said, a small pot with lots and lots of toys in it. lol, that's what we used to think too back in our days.

It was one of the best rainbows that I've seen, too bad I didn't have my camera with me at that time.

It's always the same Sagz, I can carry a camera all week and never see any thing worth taking a picture of, the first time I leave it at home and everything happens. My granny always said it was good luck to see a rainbow so you and your daughter must be doubly lucky.

Very true. When we have it, we don't need it and when we need it, we don't have it :)

I have seen a double but the one that amazed me most was a horizontal rainbow, quite magnificent!

Sagz do you get a lot of rainbows where you are
It's mostly too grey here so when we do get them they are a joy to see

seen a triple from the beach on the isle of wight at the end of a horrendous downpour ...so in theory that would have been a 4 with the fourth arch not visible...my mum took a photo but it is on an old style transparency
