quite often I receive emails from firms that require an answer and give a
"contact us" email link, when I click on the link it opens up in outlook express
which I presume is the default email site on my laptop, however I no longer use outlook (I lost the password) and now use Googlemail so how can I stop
outlook opening as default and change it to Googlemail? I should tell you that
I am running Win. XP

hello secsee - same thing happens to me, it's irritating isn't it? Ijust note the address and reply using my usual system

Why don't you just get a new outlook password?
