Hi, has anyone used one of these to give up or help with giving up smoking? If so is there one that you would recommend?

I looked at them for OH, but they look huge - OH smokes rollups, the alternatives are twice as big, and look very artificial - IMO.

my friend did and wasn't overly impressed Lisa, good old fashioned will power is the key word with maybe the patches to help?

apparently when you see the likes of Katherine Kelly and others in Corrie, puffing away, they are smoking herbal ones and taste repulsive, don't know if you can buy them tho
