Task manager widow will not close

All other windows have an X in the top RHC or i can right click and select close, recently however i cannot do either with the TM window? Why might this be and how can i get rid of it when i next bring it up?

You could try clicking on the "Processes" tab and ending the
taskmgr.exe
process.

I've no idea why you'd have this problem.

I dont have "processes" button, just "end task", "switch to" and "new task"

You should be able to select "Exit task manager" from the File menu.

Try making sure "focus" is on the TM window and pressing Alt+F4.
