Do you ever wake up and don't want to get out of bed and face the same old routine?
I felt like that this morning :-(. I'm not sure if it's the weather or what.
How do you snap out of it? :-(

So ... go for a slow jog. Or a power walk.
You can go round a new part of town each time. It's surprising how much you notice that you've never noticed before.
And when it's drizzly, like today, you get a fresh spray of mist on your face, and come home totally invigorated. It's lovely.

I'm lucky, I never feel as though my routine is 'routine' - maybe you haven't had enough sleep?
Have an early night tonight, but you will only feel the benefit on Wednesday.
I believe that we are biologically programmed into a 48-hour cycle, not the 24-hour cycle we ahere to. Therefore a late or early night will not be felt the morning after, but the morning after that.
Of course the weather and shortening days don't help.
