It's worth baring in mind that Reviewcentre is a place where people like to go to complain (you'll find plenty of condemnations of other companies on there too!!!) Hays are v reputable they have been going for yrs. Based in NorthEast, we always book with them cos they are local but my family book with them too. Great deals& friendly staff who know what they're talking about. If they haven;t got a shop nr you, giv them a ring!

Seen loads of complaints on there about decent companies. Hays are v reputable they have been going for yrs. I used them quite a lot at one time and was always pleased, we only stopped using them after the moneypits left home and we could afford to go further afield. As someone has already said, many reviewers have a complaint, those satisfied ones don't often post reviews. Reminds me of Julius Ceasar The good is oft interred with his bones. Definitely time to go to bed!
nonetheless, it's worth considering how companies react when things do go wrong. It sounds from these complaints as if this one doesn't handle them very well.
If nothing goes wrong then of course you'll have saved a lot of money. But you get what you pay for, and it may be the savings are achieved by cuts in their customer relations deparrtment.
