I have had blackberries for quite a few years and upgraded to a torch last year. Take my advice ...get an i-phone. The torch is not user friendly , has software problems when roaming abroad and the tech backup is absolute crap.
I have now ditched the torch and bought an i-phone and the difference is phenominal. I am a business user and everyone says you need a blackberry for emails etc etc. Dont believe it. Torch has no useful apps and they are difficult to negotiate if you compare wth an i-phone.
I'll neve get another blackberry.

Hi, thanks for your reply... I was looking for replies on the BB TOUCH 9900 phone. I already have a BB and don't have any real problems with it but am looking to get something a bit more up-to-date. :)
