By the editor, he makes them a "sticky", ie he sticks them ot the top of the page and they become highlighted.

Do you ask ed to do this or is it simply up to ed who gets 'yellowed'.
up to the Ed, though I have heard he's not above bribery....

It's up to the Ed but stickies are usually posts on topics that have generated a lot of interest
Your mind, honestly!!!!
If there's a particular post which others think worthy of drawing to everyone's attention, others can email the Ed and ask him to make it sticky.

Those of us who don't go into the topics very often (I just look at latest posts) often miss the stickiness, which can be a shame if it's a good one.
