Seems I am only one with trouble over 30a Roux that might accompany a fish dish (5,5) I have -H-T- S-U-E the "H" may be wrong as there are three spellings for 25d

<DIV>Oh dear ...... have you never had poached fillet of cod with "WHITE SAUCE" ?? If you like fish, you don't know what you're missing. Now, it's making me hungry thinking about it (had a very early lunch today)! Glad to be able to provide an answer though.

Many thanks jenhol and porilo.Must try white on it's own. Usually have parsley or tartar.
