16 Answers
I want to make some houmous, but last time I attempted it, it wasn't right. It was very lumpy.
Does anyone here make it and, if so, how?
Thanks.

2 tins chick peas-drained. Save a bit of the liquid
4 cloves garlic-crushed
juice of one large lemon
3 tablespoons Tahini
4-6 tablespoons olive oil
Put everything into a food processor, and blitz it. Scrape down the sides, and the bottom several times so all the mixture gets done. This will take 7-8 minutes.
This will keep for 3-5 days, and can be frozen for a month.
