Le Chat go for it! This person is defrauding the Government and should be reported. I work for the Department For Work And Pensions where investigations can take a long time and no doubt the same applies in this case. They will take the information and it may appear for some time that nothing is happening but I can assure you it will be. Even if yir tempted to enquire about the progress you'll be telt nothing.
