I did a 10 (and a bit) mile run this evening.

I've not had a shower/bath yet (I'm going to have a soak in the bath before I get in bed).

I don't smell "too bad" ... maybe just a bit anti-social.

But the neoprene strap on my knee totally ponks.

Just thought I'd share that with you.

Well that's nice, JJ - the soles inside my trainer flipflops get pretty honky sometimes. I'll share that too.

I have a runners' sat nav, so you can keep a check on how far you've done.

thats a good thing to have jj..i donnt hace a sat nav i have an electronic tag its called my mobile phone mtsmaveric insists i take it with me when i go out in case i go missing in the beermuda triangle....

new definition of the word ponk - my base layer at about 7pm this evening, I've forgotten to wash it after rugby on Saturday and I need it for my 21 mile run this afternoon! Can you almost taste it!?! ;)
