Wrinkly skin on fingers

My children have just finished their tea and as I was wiping thing #2's hands I noticed the skin on the fingers of one hand have gone all wrinkly (as if he has been soaking in the bath). Should I be concerned for any reason? Thanks

No, just eating his tea. One hand normal, other looks like he's been in the bath for an hour.
