Your computer appears to have the Imesh file sharing software on it. (imesha~1 is short for 'imesh applications ').
Uninstall it.

Unless you bought the computer secondhand, I'm surprised if you've got iMesh on your computer if you didn't know about it!
You've not stated which version of Windows you've got. In XP (and earlier), go to Start > Settings > Control Panel.
Double-click on 'Add or Remove Programs'.
Scroll down to 'iMesh' and click on it
Click 'Remove'
The instructions for Vista are basically as above but (from Start > Control Panel) you need to double-click on 'Programs and Features' instead of 'Add or Remove Programs'. (Windows 7 seems to be similar).
If iMesh isn't even listed, then it's possible that some malware has found its way onto your computer. Download and install the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
http://www.malwarebyt...cts/malwarebytes_free
Run the program, them restart your PC.
If that doesn't work, restart again but press F8 as your computer is starting up. That will take you into Safe Mode. Your screen will look odd (because the video driver won't have loaded) but you'll still be able to run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware again. Hopefully it will then do the job. (To exit Safe Mode, simply restart your computer).
If none of that works (and you've managed to avoid the temptation to throw your computer out of the window), try running System Restore, to take your computer's registry back to a date before the problem occurred. You get to System Restore via this route:
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
(Those instructions are for XP but other versions of Windows should be similar).
