I have been having a few problems of late with them mm, I phoned them the last time their email went down, then I started to get thaose Mail Delivery failure messages, knowing that the percipient had got the email I sent them?
result was, they gave me 25% off my overall bill for 12 months and £2-50 off my BB speed for the same length of time, so good service I think
