Hi. I have some fresh salmon & cod which need to be used by tonight. I also have some pork loin chops and fresh diced chicken to be used by tomorrow. On top of that I have a load of cooked chicken (from last night) also to be used. I can't freeze anything, so I'd be grateful of any tips on how best to use if up without waste. TIA

Once food is cooked, you have in the range of three days to use,if stored properly in the fridge. Last night's cooked chicken is therefore fine until Thursday night.
I'd cook the fish tonight,as it is the most fragile when it comes to keeping for any length of time-eat tonight and tomorrow.

I'm sure you can leave at least one of these an extra day. I eat yoghurts even when theya rea week past the date and have never had a problem. I know meat's a bit different but another day or two should be okay.
If you cook the salmon it will be fine to eat it tomorrow or the day after if kept in the fridge
How about turning the Salmon & Cod into a fishpie... Pork & Chicken into curry... cooked chicken into chicken salad..or chicken pasta.. then invite all your family/friends around for a feast!! lol :)))

The pork and diced chicken can be cooked tomorrow-to be used by Saturday.
So-eat the fish tonight and tomorrow, the cooked chicken by Thursday, and the pork and diced chicken on Friday and Saturday.
poach the fish and then freeze it - that extends the life the same with whatever meat is uncooked - cook it and then freeze
It's not going to go 'off' on the stroke of midnight! It will be fine until it smells off.
Cook the chicken before anything else and leave in fridge to use up in 3 or 4 days.
