My sons school has introduced a credit card type thing. They get points put onto a card for good work, good behaviour, and anything that goes beyond what is expected of them. They can save these points up and spend them in Argos....

Reminds me of a teacher that I used to have. He seen my potential and pampered me. I tried and tried to impress him. One year in his class changed my life. He's my friend on FB.....Apparently, all I needed was a little bit of encouragement.

It works for some kids....wish I got vouchers...
