i am going offshore to work, holland then denmark, my wife and me both have 3g network mobile telephones on contract. what would best and cheapest way for me to calll her and vice versa ?

im taking laptop with me and leaving her with no computer. she cannot get skype on her phone

I noted today that Misco were selling cheap refurbished PCs - less than £200. It might be worth a look on their website.

Email will be the cheapest way, and there is a lot to be said for the old fashioned love letter, but it is not the same.
Can you instant message via MSN? That at least will be spontaneous
