someone ran into the back of her as she was stationary at traffic lights and in turn she was shunted into the back of the car in front of her..another eventful day in the maveric household..

Hope mrsm is Ok stoke, my daughter was run into by a Turkish HGV on the M1 a couple of years ago. She had whiplash injuries but she has just been paid out £2000 for her injuries. Her new (company) car was a write-off.

Happened to us, stoke - not nice at the time. The bloke at the back is at fault - if mrsM gets any letters from the person she was pushed into, just whack it straight across to your insurance company.

Good thought, JB - I suffered that after our shunt - I was able to include the cost of treatment in our claim against the bloke who shunted us.
