I have a Samsung CLP320 wireless printer which is fairly new but has been working fine until this morning. I can't print anything and am getting the message:

"Network printer status is not available". I'm told to refer to the Troubleshooting Guide but the guide is very complicated, I can't understand it.

Can anyone advise please? TIA.

I got a computer engineer to take a look at the problem, he said that the dongle could be interfering with the printer wireless settings so he wiped off the dongle settings.

Printer worked for a couple of weeks but I am now getting "Network printer status is not available" again, even though I haven't changed anything on the computer (to my knowledge). Does anyone know why this would happen please?

It will cost a minimum of £30 to call the engineer in again. Does anyone have any suggestions please?
