Fence Part 2

Just come home from work to find a letter from the neighbour stating that the fence is ours and it is our responsibility to paint her side of the fence. She is stating that there are "nasty brown drips" on her side and demands it painting. To all who kindly sent me a reply to Part 1 give me some advice before i go around and strangle her.

i agree if you have half a tine left that you dont need you could offer it to her - but dont do the job yourself


i would also be careful...for spite she may decide to paint her side or stain it a different colour, making extra sure as many dribbles as possible drip through your side...

Hi all. Nothing to report really, she has been in the house all day in the heat. Mr Rosie has been out to re-stain the tiny and i mean tiny dribbles on her side of the fence. Will give you a progress report if and when we have talked to her.
