Anybody got a tried & tested recipe for a curry sauce to go with chicken or lamb.
I find the ones that you buy in jars disappointing & fat too salty.

It comes in mild, medium & hot and you can use as much or as little as you like. It tastes quite like a curry you would buy from a Chinese takeaway.
