stuck sweetner tablets

Is it just me or has anyone else had problems getting out the last quarter or so of the sweetner tablets from the dispenser. It doesn't seem to matter what make they are I just always have the same problem. I have tried technical knocks etc to no avail.

Usually you're able to flip the top off ..
